Founded in 2019 by clinicians and healthcare entrepreneurs, our team brings decades of experience from top-tier institutions. The leadership team at Ally Behavior Centers is composed of master's and doctorate-level professionals and clinicians who strive to deliver a version of early intervention ABA that is based on research and common sense.  That’s why our treatment teams include professionals who reflect the most common needs of a young child with autism - ABA, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and clinical psychology. It just makes sense to offer everything in one place. 

  • Serving children ages 18 months until kindergarten-ready
  • 1:1 therapist to child ratio

  • BCBAs who manage treatment plans maintain small caseloads of 6-8 clients at a time.
  • Every child is paired with a team of 1:1 therapists who they rotate through, allowing them to learn from different individuals but also maintain consistency in relationship.
  • By only serving the early intention age group of 18 months to 5/6 years old, staff are trained on this very crucial and defining time of a client’s life.

The Ally Behavior Difference is a research-based model designed to adhere to best practices of early intervention ABA therapy:

  • Every client is with us from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday in order to maximize the amount of therapy hours proven to yield the most progress.
  • Access to services beyond early intervention ABA therapy are readily available, such as speech therapy, occupational therapy and psychological support.
  • Our centers are lively with a variety of structured, natural and pre-school like environments that fully support and encourage each client to grow.

We Work As A Team

Our BCBAs provide custom treatment for each client and bi-weekly training with parents.  They also work collaboratively with related service providers inside and outside of Ally Behavior Centers to ensure collaboration of care for each client.

The goal is to always have everyone on the same page.
