at Ally Behavior
Empowering Growth, Embracing Opportunities
Ally Behavior Centers prides itself on the value of "Striving To Grow", prioritizing professional development opportunities for its staff, no matter their career goals. Detailed below are some of the opportunities available to staff at Ally Behavior.
Sponsored RBT Certifications
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a paraprofessional credential in behavior analysis. It demonstrates foundational knowledge of ABA principles needed to work directly with clients and support positive behavioral changes. RBT certification also opens pathways to advanced roles, such as BCaBA or BCBA.
At Ally Behavior Centers, all new employees can earn their RBT certification within their first 90 days. Ally covers the cost of the 40-hour online training, competency assessments, and the first attempt at the RBT exam. If the exam is not passed initially, Ally reimburses the cost of a passed retake, provided the employee remains with the company for 90 days after certification.
STARS Promotion Program
At Ally Behavior Centers, RBTs can earn promotions without needing additional certifications through our STARS program. Starting at their 90-day milestone, RBTs are eligible for STARS promotions every six months.
Promotions are based on a performance review with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervisor. During the review, the RBT and their supervisor discuss performance and goals for professional growth. After the review, the supervisor may recommend the RBT for a STARS promotion.
Each promotion includes a pay raise and access to expanded professional development opportunities. Higher STARS rankings allow RBTs to assist with assessments, parent training, and programming. RBTs at these levels are also expected to mentor and support less experienced teammates.
Clinical Fellow Opportunities
At Ally Behavior Centers, we prioritize professional growth for staff aiming to advance in their careers. RBTs who reach their 90-day milestone and are enrolled in a Master’s program in ABA, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology can qualify for the Clinical Fellow position.
Clinical Fellows receive a pay increase and priority access to restricted and unrestricted supervised fieldwork hours. This setup helps staff accrue hours faster than the industry standard, accelerating their path to becoming a BCBA, OT, or SLP.
Once certified, all Clinical Fellows are guaranteed a promotion to BCBA, OT, or SLP.
COMiT Program
RBTs at Ally Behavior Centers can explore non-clinical professional development through the Center Operations Manager in Training (COMiT) program. Eligibility begins at the six-month milestone.
The COMiT program provides hands-on experience in the administrative operations of an ABA therapy clinic. Participants train at one or more Ally Behavior Centers locations under the guidance of established Center Operations Managers.
During training, COMiTs develop skills in areas like parent communication, client onboarding, center tours, employee management, clinic scheduling, audits, and budget management.
After completing the program, participants are promoted to full-time Center Operations Manager.
Tuition Reimbursement
All employees at Ally Behavior Centers are eligible to apply for Ally Behavior Centers’ Tuition Reimbursement Program at their 6 month benchmark with the company. The Tuition Reimbursement program offers up to $21,000 in assistance with the cost of education to employees who are enrolled in a graduate-level ABA, speech therapy, and/or occupational therapy courses. During each year of this four year program, employees enrolled in the program will receive $201.92 over twenty-six (26) bi-weekly paychecks, equivalent to $5,250 in annual tuition reimbursement per year.
Mount St. Mary's University Partnership
Ally Behavior Centers has partnered with Mount St. Mary’s University to support the growth and professional development of our dedicated staff. This partnership provides employees with access to a wide range of educational opportunities, including undergraduate, post-baccalaureate certificate, post-master’s certificate, and graduate degree programs.
Through this collaboration, staff can also enroll in accelerated undergraduate and graduate courses as non-degree students, offering a flexible path to further education and career advancement.
Employees at Ally Behavior Centers are eligible for a 20% tuition reduction from their very first day with the company. This reduction applies to 16 different degree programs and 10 certificate programs, including graduate-level studies in Applied Behavior Analysis, Health Administration, and Education. Best of all, the tuition reduction can be combined with our tuition reimbursement program, maximizing the benefits for our team.
This partnership underscores Ally Behavior Centers’ commitment to investing in the success and future of our staff.
