OUR
NORTH STAR

Our North Star - our overarching mission as an Ally Behavior team - isn’t to be the biggest, but to be the best provider of autism support services in the nation. How do we do this? Well, we believe high quality care starts with a high quality team equipped with the tools they need to thrive.

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts benefit from caseload caps that allow them to really focus on the progress of their clients and development of their staff. Our Speech Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists collaborate on program goals to provide their expertise and honor our commitment to person-centered care. Our Registered Behavior Technicians benefit from sponsored certifications and continued development throughout their time at Ally.

  • Direct collaboration with in-house allied health services
  • Clinical quality audits and regular case support
  • Caseload caps of 8 clients
  • Full time, salaried RBTs, BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs
  • Diagnostic evaluations with developmental pediatricians for families on long waitlists elsewhere
  • Training and development initiatives (team meetings, CEU days + budgets, tuition assistance)

OUR CORE VALUES
S.T.A.R.S.

Ally Behavior Lives by its Core Values...

Serving Others

At Ally Behavior, we believe the same spirit of care that drives our work with clients should extend to our colleagues. Small acts of service toward one another such as lending a hand and sharing encouragement can build trust, strengthen relationships, and create a workplace where people truly want to be.

Treatment Excellence

Our overarching mission as an Ally Behavior team isn’t to be the biggest, but to be the best provider of autism support services in the nation. We measure success by the quality and impact of our care, taking a person-centered approach that involves every member of a child’s care team and tailors each program to their unique interests and strengths.

All One Ally

Every Ally Behavior team member shares ownership of our mission to deliver exceptional care. Acting All One Ally means stepping up, staying flexible, and taking proactive responsibility to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Even on the most challenging days, we move forward together, united in purpose and driven by the belief that our work truly makes a difference.

Resourceful in Finding Solutions

At Ally Behavior, we work with a young and active group of children, so no two days are exactly the same. Being resourceful means meeting each child where they are, using their interests to guide engagement, and adjusting our strategies to fit the moment. By remaining adaptable and solutions-oriented, we ensure that every interaction supports progress, no matter what the day brings.

Striving to Grow

No matter an individual’s career goals, Ally Behavior is dedicated to supporting professional development. Senior clinicians stay at the forefront of the field through CEU support, case reviews, and advanced clinical guidance, while RBTs can explore diverse career pathways through certification sponsorship and tuition assistance. LIFE AT
ALLY

Workplace Stability

At Ally Behavior Centers, our team of A-Players enjoy the security of full-time, salaried employment. This means colleagues are always on site to provide support when needed, and staff hours remain consistent (yes, even if a client cancels a session!). Employees report to a single clinic location, so there’s no need for constant travel to various client homes. At Ally Behavior, stability and predictability empower our team to focus on what matters most: providing high-quality care.

Social Connection

Ally Behavior’s full-time, on-site model fosters strong connections between colleagues. Each clinic hosts monthly social events (think ziplining, mini golf, roller skating, happy hours, etc.) and we also celebrate with exciting annual staff traditions, such as our company-wide kickball game and sponsored baseball outings. These events give our team a chance to connect, unwind, and build lasting relationships outside the clinic.

Career Development

Ally Behavior is committed to supporting professional growth at every stage. Staff benefit from certification sponsorship, CEU days and budgets, our STARS promotion program, tuition assistance, and more. For those new to the field, our comprehensive training program ensures they feel confident and prepared to hit the ground running, while exploring a variety of career pathways within the organization.
