BEING AN
ALLY RBT

As a member of our clinical team, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a center-based setting, bringing individualized treatment plans to life while tracking progress through tools like Central Reach. You’ll collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), assisting in updating goals, supporting family training, and coordinating care with other clinicians to ensure each child receives consistent, high-quality support.

Your role goes beyond direct therapy - you’ll build trusting relationships with children and families, maintain strict client confidentiality, and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment. Every day requires patience, adaptability, and creativity as you implement treatment plans, problem-solve in the moment, and celebrate small and big victories alike.

We’re looking for team members who are passionate about supporting children with autism, skilled in communication and collaboration, and committed to professional growth. Physical stamina, reliability, and a willingness to learn are important.
