Our OTs work on everything from fine motor coordination to sensory regulation and self-care. They provide 30-minute, one-on-one sessions and collaborate closely with other clinical disciplines to ensure therapy goals align across the child’s care team. OTs may be based at a single Ally Behavior Center full-time or serve multiple locations with a consistent weekly schedule. Our OTs benefit from a supportive, interdisciplinary environment, competitive benefits, and support with continuing education.
