So what are you striving for?
I am striving for . . .
BECOMING
RBT CERTIFIED
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a paraprofessional credential in behavior analysis, demonstrating foundational knowledge of ABA principles needed to work directly with clients and support positive behavioral change. It also opens doors to advanced roles, such as becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Center Operations Manager (COM / COMiT), or professional in a related field (e.g., social work, early childhood education, etc.).
At Ally Behavior Centers, all new employees have the opportunity to earn their RBT certification within their first 90 days. We cover the full cost of the 40-hour online training, competency assessments, and the RBT exam itself. On top of that, achieving certification comes with a small pay increase!
Worried about test anxiety? Don’t be. With hands-on field experience and optional study groups, we provide the guidance and resources to help you feel confident and fully prepared as exam day approaches.

GROWTH
AS AN RBT

At Ally Behavior Centers, RBTs can earn promotions without needing additional certifications through our STARS program.
Starting at their 90-day milestone, RBTs are eligible for STARS promotions every six months.
Promotions are based on a performance review with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervisor. During the review, the RBT and their supervisor discuss performance and goals for professional growth. After the review, the supervisor may recommend the RBT for a STARS promotion.
Each promotion includes a pay raise and access to expanded professional development opportunities. Higher STARS rankings allow RBTs to assist with assessments, parent training, and programming. RBTs at these levels also support less experienced teammates.
CLINICAL
FELLOWS
Becoming a BCBA
At Ally Behavior Centers, we prioritize professional growth for staff aiming to advance in their careers. RBTs who reach their 90-day milestone and are enrolled in a Master’s program in ABA can qualify for the Clinical Fellow position.
Clinical Fellows receive a pay increase and priority access to restricted and unrestricted supervised fieldwork hours. Rather than working on one specific team, they gain experience with all children enrolled in the clinic. This setup helps staff accrue hours faster than the industry standard, accelerating their path to becoming a BCBA.
On top of the expedited accrual of supervision hours, Clinical Fellows benefit from direct access to one-on-one study sessions with our Regional Directors of ABA services. These sessions help prepare clinical fellows to sit for their certification exam. Once certified, all Clinical Fellows are guaranteed a promotion to BCBA role with Ally Behavior!

Becoming an OT or SLP
For staff who are actively enrolled in or graduated from Master’s programs in Occupational Therapy (OT) or Speech Language Pathology (SLP), Ally Behavior Centers can also offer opportunities for field work experience to satisfy educational placement requirements.
As an SLP-Clinical Fellow or OT-Clinical Fellow, staff members at Ally Behavior Centers benefit from expanded clinical exposure with direct mentorship from senior level SLPs and OTs. Through shadowing and experience with a variety of cases, our allied health clinical fellows are able to gain experience in their specialized field alongside their direct ABA work.
PURSUING HIGHER
EDUCATION

Tuition Assistance
All employees at Ally Behavior Centers become eligible for our Tuition Reimbursement Program after reaching their six-month milestone with the company.
This program provides up to $21,000 in financial support for employees pursuing graduate-level courses in ABA, Speech-Language Pathology, or Occupational Therapy. On a case-by-case basis, we may also support related programs, such as a Master’s in Social Work (MSW), Clinical Psychology, or other fields aligned with our mission.
Employees interested in tuition assistance work directly with our Human Resources team to apply for approval and coordinate payments seamlessly across their paychecks. At Ally Behavior, we’re proud to invest in the continued growth and education of our team, helping staff achieve their professional goals while making a meaningful impact on the children and families we serve.
