BEING AN
ALLY SLP + OT
At Ally Behavior Centers, we know that every child’s growth is multifaceted, and our allied health services are a vital part of supporting their development. Our Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) work hand-in-hand with our ABA teams to provide person-centered care that meets each child’s unique needs and interests.
In this role, you’ll design and implement individualized therapy plans, collaborate closely with BCBAs and Behavior Technicians, and work directly with children to build essential communication, sensory, and motor skills. You’ll also engage families in training and progress updates, ensuring therapy extends beyond the clinic and into everyday life.
Your work as an OT or SLP is central to our mission: helping each child reach their full potential through a collaborative, integrated approach that values teamwork, creativity, and the individual strengths of every child.
High-Level Overview
- On-site from 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday
- Forty 30-minute sessions per week
- Direct collaboration with in-house BCBAs
- Monthly billable hour bonuses
- CEU budget + paid CEU days
- Support from Clinical Quality Assurance team
- Career growth as a Assistant Director of SLP / OT and Regional Allied Health Director
