Our corporate headquarters team, based in McLean, Virginia, supports all Ally Behavior Centers nationwide by managing essential functions such as Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Insurance & Revenue Cycle, and Marketing & Enrollment. Team members in these roles are expected to be process-improvement minded, adaptable across responsibilities, and dedicated to seeing tasks through. By keeping company-wide operations organized and efficient, the corporate team empowers clinicians and center staff to focus on delivering the highest-quality care to children and families.

Center Operations Development

On-site - multiple locations available

Our on-site Center Operations Managers ensure each Ally Behavior Center runs efficiently by managing staff schedules, client onboarding, certification tracking, documentation, billing accuracy, and budget adherence. Based at the clinics themselves, they also foster a positive environment by recognizing staff milestones, organizing team events, and maintaining open communication with families and colleagues. Their presence keeps daily operations organized and supportive, allowing clinicians to focus on providing high-quality care.

CENTER
OPERATIONS

Our on-site Center Operations Managers are responsible for making sure our clinicians have everything they need to focus on delivering high-quality therapy to our children. From managing staff time off to communicating with families enrolled at the clinic, Operations Managers are the primary administrators of their Ally Behavior Centers.

Day-to-day, they ensure smooth operations across every aspect of the center. This includes onboarding new clients and hosting center tours, managing staff schedules and approving time off, and holding clinicians accountable for submitting session notes on time. They maintain employee certifications, manage documentation for both clients and staff, and oversee clinical note audits to ensure billing accuracy. Operations Managers also handle budget adherence for center purchases, coordinate with insurance and billing teams regarding authorizations, and communicate with talent acquisition about staffing needs.

Center Ops Section

Beyond operational tasks, they foster a positive work environment by recognizing staff milestones, organizing team-building events, and maintaining open communication with families and colleagues. In short, Center Operations Managers are the backbone of each clinic, keeping the center organized, efficient, and supportive so clinicians can provide the best care possible.

Center-Ops Development Program

Early-career administrative professionals / RBTs interested in an admin pathway can enter our Center Operations Development Program as a Center Operations Associate. These individuals work across multiple clinics within a local radius to gain experience under a variety of Center Operations mentors. Through assisting with operations responsibilities and regular meetings with senior leadership, our Center Operations Associates work towards promotion as a fully established Center Operations Manager, leading their own Ally Behavior Center.
