CLINICAL
QUALITY TEAM

At Ally Behavior Centers, exceptional care starts with an exceptional team. Our dedicated “Clinical Quality” team is composed of full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Developmental Pediatricians and Child Psychologists who come together to ensure that every child receives the highest quality care. Through monthly audits and a strong focus on professional development, our Clinical Quality team supports your child’s care providers in tracking milestones and ensuring meaningful progress. They are also a valuable resource for you—the caregiver and your child’s #1 advocate. If your child’s care team identifies concerns about stalled or slowed progress, the Clinical Quality team steps in to provide direct, hands-on support to keep your child on track and ensure your family’s needs are met.

BCBA-to-Client Ratio

8:1
Ally Behavior
vs.
15:1
Competitor

Ally Behavior Centers is also proud to offer one of the lowest BCBA caseloads in the field - just 8 clients maximum per BCBA, compared to the industry average of 15. With a lower caseload, your child’s BCBA is able to spend more time observing, assessing, and adjusting your child’s treatment plan based on real-time needs. When quality ABA therapy is rooted in its personalized and focused nature, the best care is delivered through this low caseload model.

Ally Behavior Centers also recognizes the importance of consistent care. With a BCBA turnover rate of just 6.3% (versus over 50% industry-wide), our therapists stay, grow, and build lasting relationships with the families they serve.

This combination of expert oversight, individualized attention, and long-term relationships is what sets Ally Behavior Centers apart - and what helps every child make meaningful, lasting progress.

THERAPY
MODEL

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA therapy) at Ally Behavior Centers begins with an initial meeting with your family - a dedicated time for our Pediatric Psychologists and BCBAs to listen, understand, and learn about what makes your child unique and how they navigate the world. From here, your child’s care team develops an entirely personalized learning plan tailored to your child’s developmental needs and your family’s goals. At the time therapy begins, we will also discuss options for additional services in-house through Ally Behavior such as speech therapy and occupational therapy.

From here, the entirety of your child’s care team is trained on how to best work with them to provide the highest quality personalized care. Throughout your child’s day at the center, they will work with a consistent team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and rotate through various social settings thorughout the clinic. Throughout each day, your child’s team will collect data on their skill development, which is then used to progress their programs and show you what milestones are being worked on.

We follow a person-centered therapy model, meaning that every aspect of your child’s treatment is tailored to fit their unique needs and individual goals. We focus on what’s meaningful and effective for them, not just what’s typical or convenient for providers. Our entire team — from our Child Psychologists to our RBTs working directly with your child — has the ultimate goal of providing high quality, customized, and empowering care for your child and your family.

CLASSROOM
READINESS

How can ABA therapy with Ally Behavior Centers help lay the foundation for your child’s future academic success?

“Classroom readiness” in the context of a child's early developmental years refers to the foundational skills and behaviors that prepare a child to succeed in a structured classroom environment - not just academically, but socially and emotionally as well. It’s not about being able to read or do math right away - it's about being ready to learn, interact, and adapt.

Through a combination of ABA, speech, occupational therapy, and support from clinical staff like Pediatric Psychologists, we equip your child with the tools they need to advocate for themselves, gain independence, and learn how they learn best. As your child prepares to enter the school setting, we also have a dedicated Classroom Readiness Program. This program simulates real classroom environments and is designed to build essential skills such as turn-taking, gaining attention behavior, and working alongside peers.

We focus on helping your child become comfortable and ready to successfully transition into a classroom environment once they have graduated from Ally Behavior’s program. As your child nears this date, our team will administer a Kindergarten Readiness Evaluation - a combination of various assessments such as the Bracken School Readiness Assessment (BBCS) and the VB-MAPP Transitions Assessment. This Kindergarten Readiness Evaluation helps determine your child’s preparedness for school and includes personalized recommendations for the next step in their learning journey.

Whether it's through structured routines, peer interaction, or group learning, our approach is designed to support every child in reaching their fullest potential - in the classroom and beyond.

MEASURING
PROGRESS

ABA therapy is highly data-driven. This means that every skill your child learns and every behavior they exhibit is tracked to ensure therapy is effective. Data is more than just numbers on a chart. It helps us see long-term trends, tailor interventions to your child’s unique needs, and keep everyone on the same page. It also ensures that milestones are celebrated and that treatment is adjusted promptly to keep your child moving forward.

Here's how we measure progress:

Assesments:

We use several assessments to get a clear picture of your child’s strengths and growth. Some of these assessments include:

  • Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP): This assessment helps us to track your child’s language, learning, and social skills.
  • Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales (VABS): This parent-report tool measures adaptive skills such as communication, daily living, socialization, and motor skills. It helps us track how your child is functioning in everyday life.
  • Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL): This parent-report tool helps us capture a comprehensive picture of your child’s behavioral and emotional functioning.

Behavior Tracking:

We collect data on specific behaviors in real time; both skills we are teaching (like requesting) and behaviors we want to reduce (like tantrums or self-injury). By tracking how often behaviors occur and under what circumstances, we can adjust interventions to better support your child.

Team-Based Progress Tracking:

It’s important to understand your child’s progress across all areas of life. That’s why collaboration with parents and other care providers is essential. By combining observations from home and other therapy modalities (e.g., speech and language therapy, occupational therapy), we get a comprehensive view of how your child is learning, growing, and applying new skills across different settings. This team approach ensures that interventions are consistent and progress is accurately measured across contexts.
