Supporting Families in Frederick, Maryland with ABA Therapy
Ally Behavior Centers’ location in Frederick, Maryland allowed us to expand our services into Frederick County, where we recognized a growing need for high-quality autism therapy that families could truly rely on. As one of the largest cities in Maryland, Frederick is home to a diverse and growing community of families, and we were excited for the opportunity to bring our full-service, center-based ABA therapy model to the area.
Our Frederick center provides individualized care focused on meaningful, long-term progress. We are proud to support families throughout the Frederick community with a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to autism therapy.
Serving Families in the Frederick Community
Our Frederick ABA therapy center is located on Ballenger Center Drive, just a short drive from Downtown Frederick and close to Crestwood Middle School. This central location makes it convenient for families living in Frederick as well as nearby areas such as Braddock Heights, Ballenger Creek, and Bartonsville to commute to the center.
By offering a full-time, center-based model, our Frederick location helps fill a gap in the community for families seeking a comprehensive and consistent ABA therapy solution in one dedicated setting.
Comprehensive Autism Therapy in Frederick
At Ally, our ABA therapy model is built around a person-centered approach, with treatment plans individualized to meet the needs of each child. A key part of delivering truly personalized care is maintaining small caseloads for our clinicians.
While many ABA providers assign BCBAs caseloads of 15 or more children, Ally caps caseloads at eight clients per BCBA. This allows our clinicians to build strong relationships with each child, closely monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as children grow and develop.
In addition to full-time ABA therapy, every Ally center offers supplemental speech and occupational therapy, allowing families to access multiple services in one location. This collaborative care model supports consistent communication between providers and reduces the burden on families who would otherwise need to coordinate care across multiple offices.
Partnering with Parents for Long-Term Success
We believe meaningful progress extends beyond our center walls. That is why parent collaboration is a core part of our approach at Ally Behavior Centers.
Families participate in monthly parent meetings, where providers and caregivers can discuss progress across all areas of a child’s life, including at home and in the community. These conversations help ensure skills learned in therapy generalize to real-world settings.
During these meetings, parents can review data, discuss goals, and receive guidance on how to implement ABA strategies at home. This shared partnership allows us to incorporate family feedback into treatment planning and support long-term success beyond a child’s time at Ally.
