Full-time, salaried BT and RBT roles in Maryland, Virginia, and Texas

Salaried, Not Hourly
Most ABA jobs pay hourly - which means inconsistent paychecks and no benefits. At Ally, all Behavior Technicians are full-time salaried employees, with guaranteed semi-monthly pay and full benefits eligibility from day one.

No Cancellations
Our center-based model means client cancellations never affect your paycheck. The model supports the children in our center, and the techs who make a difference. You show up, you get paid - no chasing hours, no gaps in income, no surprises.

Path to Growth
20% of our BCBAs are internal promotions. We sponsor your RBT certification within your first 90 days, and offer tuition reimbursement and loan forgiveness. At Ally there's a real path to becoming a BCBA and growing your career in ABA.
